There was a huge solar storm May 10, 2024 which allowed all of the United States (well probably with the exception of Hawaii I guess) to see the Northern Lights. I ran out when a friend in Huntsville warned people that he was seeing the lights. I ran out, though I saw something, but it looked like city lights. Then ran in told Frank then came back out and hopped in my car. Yea… nothing there. I was then told there was going to be a flare at 1-3 am so we stayed up and went to a park. Nothing was visible at all, we were told to check our phone. Then we saw a really small glow only visible through the phone. I was not impressed outside of the fact that this is basically my colour palette. I need to see this elsewhere obviously.
